I really don't have a favorite dance scene between two characters. But my favorite dancing in a book would be all the breakdancing in A Very Large Expanse of Sea by Tahereh Mafi and anytime Jessie does ballet in The Baby-Sitters Club series by Ann M. Martin.!

The Color Purple by Alice Walker & Push by Sapphire. The movies do the books So much justice and both the books and movies are amazing.! It's hard to choose a favorite out of those two.!

The best book to movie soundtrack that I've read the book and watched the movie(s) would be all of The Hunger Games soundtracks.
The best book to movie adaptation soundtrack of all time imo would go to Alexander Hamilton by Ron Chernow which was turned into a Broadway musical/play by Lin Manuel Miranda.! Although I haven't read the books, I know this should be everyone's answer.!
