Eerie. Unsettling.
So many reviews said this is super scary so I went in with high expectations of being terrified. I was scared. Short but just the right amount. Anything more would've overdone it. Very well done. But simple at times. And definitely not the scariest book ever. I think seeing the movies ruined it for me.
